Consultation Fee
A $55 consultation fee is required to book your private appointment. ($35 for returning guests) This fee is fully credited toward your wig purchase if made within 30 days.

Payment can be made by credit card at booking, or a secure payment link can be sent by text or email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund of the consultation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours: The fee is non-refundable, but will remain as a store credit for 30 days. Store credit can be applied toward a new consultation or wig purchase.
No-shows: The fee is held as a store credit for 30 days.

Why is there a fee?
The fee ensures you have dedicated, private time with our specialists and the opportunity to try on wigs in person — something you can’t do online. It also helps us keep appointments available for clients who are truly ready to explore their options.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your fee will be refunded in full.
If you cancel within 24 hours, the fee becomes a store credit you can use within 30 days for another consultation or toward a wig purchase.
If you don’t show up, the fee also stays on your account as store credit for 30 days.
